Terms & Conditions

This is a wholesale trade site for business customers. You may use it only on behalf of a business with an account with us, and only if you are authorized by that business to do so. Pricing, availability and order history are visible only after you sign in.

• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in.
• Your company's account administrator controls who has access and what each user may do. An administrator can add and remove users and approve orders submitted by others at the company.
• Some users are set up to submit orders for approval rather than place them directly. An order submitted for approval is not an order until an administrator approves it.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Submitting an order through this site is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. An order is accepted when we confirm and enter it in our order system, and we may decline or cancel an order — including after an on-screen confirmation — for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, credit status, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

Quantities shown as available reflect stock at a point in time and can change between when you view them and when your order is accepted.

Prices shown to you when signed in reflect your company's pricing at the time the page is generated. They are estimates, not a final invoice. Your order is re-priced when it is accepted into our order system, and the price invoiced is the price in effect at that time under your account's pricing agreement. Where those differ, the invoiced price governs.

Prices exclude sales tax, freight, and any surcharges unless stated. Tax shown at checkout is an estimate; the tax on your invoice is calculated when the order is processed. Some items are marked for quotation rather than priced online — those require a conversation with your store.

We correct pricing and typographical errors, including after an order is placed. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrectly displayed price.

Orders are billed to your account on the terms in your credit agreement. If your company does not have terms with us, payment arrangements must be made with your store before an order ships. Past-due balances may result in orders being held and may accrue late charges as permitted by your credit agreement and by law. Online invoice payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and are subject to that processor's terms.

Delivery and pickup dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to you or your carrier, or when the order is collected at one of our stores. Inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or visible damage promptly so we can pursue a freight claim — claims raised late may not be recoverable.

Returns require prior authorization from your store. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition, and a restocking charge may apply. Special-order, non-stock, made-to-order and electrical components are generally non-returnable. Contact your store before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may be refused.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and compatibility information accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free or current. Some of what the site shows comes from manufacturers and other third parties, including equipment parts breakdowns retrieved from a manufacturer's catalog and matched-system pairings based on published certification data.

Treat all of it as a starting point, not a specification. A parts list is drawn from a manufacturer's bill of materials for a given production date and may not match a specific unit; a search by model number returns a representative unit rather than yours. You are responsible for confirming that a part or system is correct for the equipment and application before you install it. Where a manufacturer's data conflicts with ours, the manufacturer's data governs.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any, and we pass through the benefit of that warranty to the extent we are permitted to. We ourselves make no warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty claims and returns follow the manufacturer's process; your store can help you start one.

Where your company participates in our rewards program, points and tiers are shown for convenience and are not a statement of account. Point balances, tier thresholds, earning rates and available rewards may change, and points have no cash value. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time. The program terms shown on the rewards page apply.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract pricing, availability, catalog or parts data from this site.
• Do not share your access with anyone outside your company, or use another company's account.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another customer, probe or test the security of the site, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use pricing shown here to compete against us or to solicit our customers.

The site, its design, and our text and images belong to us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, logos, product images, specifications and parts data belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the goods we sell. You may use this site to do business with us and for no other purpose.

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that pricing and inventory feeds will always be current, or that features that depend on third-party systems — payments, parts lookup, tax calculation — will always be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, callback costs or labor charges, arising from your use of this site or from any product sold through it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or order the claim relates to.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your installation or use of products purchased from us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
